No Refund, Returns or Exchanges (reasons why we do not offer)
1) Package redirect scam (hair conditioner and luxe merchandise)
2) Once purchased, sales are final, please make sure address provided is correct, we also provide tracking to ensure someone is available at your location to receive your item (hair conditioner and luxe merchandise). THICK leave-in is not responsible for product/merchandise not received. All orders are tracked, please contact the relevant shipping company (with your tracking number) online or via phone if you have any questions about the status, proof of delivery, or estimated arrival.
3) Quality Assurance: if an item is turned back to us, we discard it (hair conditioner)
4) We have retailers that sell our product, please check our locations tab (hair conditioner)
5) Please be aware that due to our policy, all sales are final and refunds are not available. Even if there is an ongoing postal strike may cause delays in delivery. However, this does not change our no-refund policy. Only if a strike occurs and we cannot ship your item within 90 days a refund will apply minus $5 per jar for administrative cost associated with allocating your refund (again ONLY IF A STRIKE OCCURS AND WE CANNOT MAIL YOUR ITEM WITHIN 90 days | $5 per jar will be deducted from refund) This does not apply if the item has a tracking number/processed, in this case no refund provided. We appreciate your understanding and patience, and will notify you once package is out for delivery.
Remember we DO NOT offer refunds, listed #5 is very specific (if no tracking has been given and it HAS TO BE STRIKE related only).
